Bulgarian State Gazette No. 88 of 23.10.2018 introduced important
amendments in the Bulgarian Commercial Act concerning the bearer
shares in joint stock companies.
The main focus of the legislative changes is the elimination of the bearer
shares from the Bulgarian business world as a direct result from the
implementation of European laws for measures against the money
laundering and financing of terrorism in the Bulgarian legal system.

Мащабните промени в Закона за енергетиката, които трябва да извадят на борсата всички производители на електричество с преференциални договори, влязоха на 27 март в Народното събрание. Текстовете ще бъдат разгледани днес на първо четене от енергийната комисия, чийто председател Делян Добрев е и сред основите автори на разпоредбите. Намерението е новите разпоредби да влязат в сила на 1 юли, когато започва и новият регулаторен период в електроенергетиката.
