Bilyana is a Senior Associate at Dinova Rusev & Partners Law Office. She joined DRP in 2021.
Previously an in-house legal counsel, Bilyana is well aware of the business needs behind the legal inquiries of the clients.
In DPR she is focused on specialized legal advice on Employment, Data Protection & GDPR compliance.
In the realms of Employment Law she is skilled with drafting internal employment documentation, tailored to the clients’ specific business needs. Bilyana applies her knowledge and experience on all phases of the employment relationship on a daily basis.
In Data Protection legislation compliance Bilyana has been involved in full-scale compliance projects as well as in answering specific inquiries in heavily regulated business areas.
Bilyana joined Dinova Rusev & Partners in March 2021 as a Senior Associate, having considerable experience as Senior In-House Counsel and Data Protection Coordinator in the pharma sector, directly responsible for multiple compliance regulations including GDPR implementation and compliance, AML and KYC regulations, internal company procedures compliance and legal aspects of pharmacovigilance.

Reaching swiftly the most appropriate solution of each case is my passion at work. I like things clear and certain from legal and business points of view when assisting our Clients.
