Areas of practice
Radoslav is an associate at Dinova, Rusev and Partners Law office. He has been part of the DRP team since April 2025.
From the outset, Radoslav has had the chance to work closely with numerous members of the DRP team, allowing him to broaden his knowledge across a diverse range of legal areas, including corporate, commercial and employment law.
His academic journey at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) has been marked by participation in international law competitions for students, including the 2025 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the 31st Willem C. VIS International Commercial Arbitration Moot in 2024. He has interned at the Sofia Regional Court and the Administrative Court Sofia – City, and attended summer school programs focused on European Private Law and Human Rights.
Radoslav is a certified mediator. His interest in mediation is reflected in his participation in the INADR XXII International Law School Mediation Tournament in 2023, where he won an individual award.
Radoslav is fluent in English and German.
