What is great about the areas of practice I specialize in is that it is impossible to get bored – my assignments tend to be many-faceted and there is always variety in the work I undertake. Many of the transactions are pioneering and some take place in different jurisdictions – but all involve advising clients who know what they want to achieve. It is challenging and invigorating to work with the type of people I come across in the course of my practice, whether these are clients, my colleagues or other professional advisors. My particular area of interest is in the fields of Merger & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance law, where I consistently come across novel issues in what is still a developing market. Working with Dinova Rusev & Partners provides the opportunity to be in an international and challenging environment with prospects of advancement.
