All companies leave some environmental footprint. Although DRP is a legal services provider rather than a manufacturing enterprise, our operations consume electricity, require significant paper usage, and generate waste. Over the past decade, we have systematically identified the core environmental issues arising from our activities and implemented mechanisms to mitigate negative impacts.
We are committed to ensuring low energy and water consumption, savings and efficiency during operations, sound waste management and zero hazardous waste. Our key sustainability principles include:

Our Managing Partner is an inspiring woman, a great professional and motivating leader. 50% of our partners are women. We have team members of different ages, backgrounds and ethnicities, and we strongly encourage the development of specialised skills. As a partner of the European Center for Career Education, every year we welcome students and young professionals from all over the world to join our team as interns.
