Gergana is a Managing Associate with Dinova Rusev & Partners Law Office. She has experience in advising both participants and assignors in Public Procurement Tenders. Gergana has vast experience in court representation for public procurement Disputes Resolution, both before the Commission for Protection of Competition and the Supreme Administrative Court in Bulgaria.

Gergana has experience in participating in Real Estate due diligence reviews including matters regarding real estate and statutory compliance. She also advises on real estate leasing mattes and real-estate-related contract drafting. Her commercial Dispute Resolution practice in court and arbitration proceedings is focused on contractual disputes and commercial litigation issues stemming from everyday course of the clients’ business.

Gergana has vast expertise in Anti-money Laundering (AML) matters and requirements for strict compliance by the obliged entities with Bulgarian and EU AML provisions. She has vast experience in AML document preparation and training materials for different obliged entities under the AML.

Gergana also advises on matters regarding compliance and statutory requirements for Financial and Payment Institutions in Bulgaria. She has participated in the licensing procedures for payment institutions and registration of financial institutions, as well as in Fintech-oriented projects.

Her Corporate & Commercial practice includes advising on matters about company formation, corporate transactions and contract drafting.

Gergana joined Dinova Rusev & Partners in February 2010. Prior to joining the firm, she had worked as an in-house legal advisor for local professional services company practicing mainly in public procurement and employment law.

She has previous experience as sworn translator from/to Spanish and English. Gergana is fluent in Spanish and English.
