Ivelina is one of the leading Bulgarian experts in unfair competition, misleading advertisement and consumer protection law. She also has extensive experience in advising online trading activities, product labelling and advertising regulations.
Her other core specialty is assessment of marketing campaigns for compliance with unfair competition rules and any other regulatory issues for the retail business.
Ivelina as well-known expert is leading practical courses and professional trainings for marketers, business leaders in different educational centres.
Ivelina has successfully developed DRP’s tax law practice over the past few years. Her team advises on different tax related issues, incl. local and cross-border VAT and corporate tax implications, tax structuring, permanent establishment risk issues, tax implications to international share option plans, transfer pricing.
I really enjoy everything to do with the practice of commercial law – I like the process of drafting all types of contracts and the fact that I am exposed to variety in terms of the companies and work involved. I also find Competition & Antitrust practice very interesting because of the high-profile and challenging cases involved.
