At DRP, Hristina Ivanova leads the firm’s marketing and operational work, bringing structure and continuity to how the firm communicates and operates internally, while supporting the firm’s engagement and coordination with international associations.

Her experience spans hands-on roles in corporate environments, where structure and adaptability had to work side by side, and ideas were carried through in practice. Alongside this, she has been involved in purpose-led educational and social projects, contributing as an organizer, mentor, and facilitator in initiatives focused on youth development and environmental education.

Hristina is fluent in English and Russian and is currently developing her proficiency in German.
