Sofia is a senior associate at Dinova Rusev & Partners Law Office. She joined the DRP team in May 2020. Her everyday practice includes providing legal advice and preparing all types of commercial documents related to clients’ inquiries. Over the course of her work she gained experience in the field of capital markets and public offering of securities while primarily working and providing full legal services to a public listed company. Sofia is also involved in assignments regarding protection of competition, employment matters and Data protection and GDPR compliance which also happen to be fields of interest for her.
Sofia is fluent in English and has completed a specialized course in Legal English.
